Dodge County Physical Facilities Department is requesting a quote (RFQ) for a new industrial-grade Milnor washer-extractor to be delivered and installed at the Dodge County Justice Center located at 216 S. Center St., Juneau, WI 53039.

Vendor to Supply and Install
- MILNOR V-SERIES model 30022 VRJ:
- 60 lb. capacity, 7 speed washer-extractor
- 30” x 22” (9 ft3) stainless steel cylinder
- 685 RMP Max Extract > 200 G-Force
- RinSave Water Technology
- E-Plus Programmable Microprocessor Control
- Universal digital temperature control
- Programmable cool down, bath/overnight soak
- Oil-filled industrial rigid bearing housing
- Industrial tapered roller bearings
- Single-motor inverter drive
- Six (6) liquid supply injection signals/ports
- 208-240/60/3 electric service
- Include removal and disposal of existing Milnor 30022M5J washer.
- Include a 90-day service/labor warranty covering any manufacturing defects on a straight-time basis.
- Include a five (5) year manufacturer limited parts warranty.
Dodge County will provide:
- Final electrical connections.
- Corrections to faulty utility connections (e.g. faulty water valves, faulty utility lines, etc), and any changes, if required, to any existing utility connections.
- Proper concrete foundation for washer.
- Provide clear access from outdoors into laundry, including, but not limited to, door/door frame removal.
- Reconnection of external chemical injection and supplies.
NOTES:
Dodge County is tax exempt municipality under Section 77.54(9a)(b), Wis. Stats.
