Business Objective
The Purchasing Division is committed to broadening the scope of services offered to the County by utilizing qualified vendors. Specific goals are to provide excellent customer service to County users as well as vendors with whom we do business.

- Request for Bids for competitive sealed bidding in public works, construction and facility improvements.
How to Do Business with Dodge County
The Purchasing Division is the conduit between the supplier community and County Departments using one of the various procurement methods. The procurement method for purchasing is typically conducted using a competitive solicitation process. Please review Dodge County Standard Terms and Conditions
Notices for bids or proposals may be listed in the Legal Notice section of the Beaver Dam Daily Citizen, Watertown Daily Times or Fond du Lac Reporter. Complete list of open and awarded bids can be found on the County's Request for Bids/Proposals page.
Contractors may complete the Bidder’s Qualification Statement. Qualification of bidders are reviewed by the Purchasing Division to determine “responsible” bidders on an individual bid-by-bid basis as noted in the proposal or bid documentation.
Vendor Registration
Dodge County uses DemandStar as an online bidding portal. Firms may register as a bidder with DemandStar at no charge to set-up an account through the Wisconsin Association for Public Procurement (WAPP). Vendors may also register to be notified of projects currently out for bid using the enotification listed below.
