Dodge County is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Correctional Health Care Services for inmates incarcerated in the Dodge County Jail, located in Juneau, WI

Sealed proposals should be marked “RFP #20 23-07 Correctional Healthcare” and must be received in the County Clerk’s Office, Administration Building, 127 E. Oak Street, Juneau, WI by 10:00 a.m. on or before August 10, 2023.

July 6, 2023 - Request for proposal packets available.

July 13, 2023 - A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled on July 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. for interested firms to view the Jail and Medical Office, and to obtain any other information needed to respond to this request. This meeting will begin in the Dodge County Detention Facility (DCDF) Lobby, located at 210 West Center Street, Juneau, WI. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is not required and NO alternative tour dates will be scheduled. Please be advised that visitors may be subject to security screening upon entering the Detention Facility for the pre-proposal meeting.

August 3, 2023 - Request for proposal questions due and final addendum will be issued.

August 10, 2023 - Proposal Submission Deadline.

Week of August 14th - Evaluation of proposals.

Week of August 21st - Possible interviews will be scheduled.
