You are about to begin an application for a new address. The number will be assigned by Dodge County Land Resources and Parks staff based on the location where the driveway meets the road. During the application process, you will be given an opportunity to draw the driveway and building locations on a map of your property. However, exact measurements from nearby landmarks and other supporting documents like site plans and surveys are helpful. You will receive email notifications at various points throughout the application process from noreply@schneidergis.com

Steps in the Application Process:

1. Locate your parcel
2. Choose the road on which the driveway is located
3. Create an account on GeoPermits with your contact information
4. Enter information about the new number you are requesting
5. Draw a sketch on a map of the driveway and building locations
6. Submit application with payment ($20)
